Home Spa Process
You let us know the dates and times that would be best for you to have a
Home Spa Treatment or Spa Party. We will schedule a technician(s) who is available for one of those times. Once a time has been scheduled we will call you back to confirm.
For spa parties a deposit of 50% of the total is required to hold the reservation.
An email confirmation will be sent with all the details of your treatment or
spa party.
Most treatments are performed on a massage table. Hand and Foot Spas
are done on a chair or couch. The Spa Technician(s) will arrive 15 minutes
prior to your appointment to set up. At that time please inform your technician
of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made.
Our spa technicians are equipped with a massage table, towels and sheets, everything necessary to perform a home spa therapy.
Our Spa technicians take great care in insuring your privacy; all body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. We usually recommend
a 2-piece bathing suit if you are uncomfortable being nude. It is recommended that you shower prior to a body treatment.

We want you to enjoy your experience with us. Therefore we recommend talking with your spa technician to help them customize your treatment to ensure your maximum enjoyment and satisfaction.
Reservation and Payment Policy
Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments & 7 days advance notice for spa parties. Reservations can be

There is a $75 minimum for home spa services. We require a credit card at
the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. Full payment is required the day of treatment. For spa parties we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date Payment in full is required 48 hours prior to appointment date. We accept debit cards, MC, Visa, American Express and checks (we must receive checks 5 (five) days prior to appointment date).
Gratuities
If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give
a 15% to 20% gratuity to your Spa Technician.
Cancellation Policy
For individual services we require at least 24 hours notice when canceling
an appointment. There is a 20% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations for spa parties and spa packages with at least 7 (seven) days’ notice, may use the deposit for a new date, within one (1) year, provided the new date and price is acceptable to SPA to U…. However, the fees will be re-established according to SPA to U…’s then-existing rate charge. Changes to any packages must also be made 48 hours prior.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Our Spa technicians will refuse a treatment if any of the following apply:
***Any Medical Conditions that were not mentioned prior to the
confirmed reservation, such as broken skin or lesions.
***If Pregnant, Food Allergies or Plastics Surgeries please state
prior to treatment.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 16 years of age. Clients under the age of 16 must
have adult supervision.
